If you're staying at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Hanazono, we can arrange to meet in the lobby or at the chairlift if you really want to make the most of the day!

For alternative meeting points, please contact your instructor directly.

Whenever you’re ready! Contact your instructor beforehand to agree on a meeting time.

Our social media profiles are linked below each instructor’s profile on our team page. You can reach out through those, or we can provide their contact number upon request.

It can be as leisurely or as active as you like. We tailor the day to your level, but you should be comfortable staying on your feet for at least an hour.

For young children, we recommend being at least 5 years old for skiing, and 8 for snowboarding due to the strength, balance, and coordination required.

No, these are purchased separately. If you need help on the day, we’ll assist you at the rental shop to ensure you have the right equipment and lift pass.

If it’s your first time, you won’t need a lift pass for the first half of the day. Your instructor will assess when you’re ready to use chairlifts or gondolas and help you choose the appropriate pass.

If you are on red runs and below, we recommend the Hanazono & Grand Hirafu Pass. If you are on black runs, consider the Niseko United All Mountain Pass if you’d like to explore the entire resort.

These are general recommendations, and we can provide more specific advice when you contact us.

  • First Time: Never skied or snowboarded before.
  • Learner: Progressing on flatter terrain, but may not have used a chairlift.
  • Green: Confident on green slopes and using chairlifts.
  • Red: Comfortable on greens and occasionally trying red runs.
  • Black: Confident on red runs, and looking to improve on black and/or off-piste runs

To get the most out of your day, having a dedicated instructor for each person is ideal, as it ensures you receive their complete attention.

If you’re grouping together, you need to be of similar ability. For children, they should also be of similar ages (no more than a 4-year difference). Please contact us for further clarification.

Absolutely! After Niseko, Rusutsu and Kiroro are our favorite ski resorts.

  • Rusutsu: Offers long, wide, open runs that are less crowded than Niseko, with plenty of powder spots even in the afternoon.
  • Kiroro: One of the snowiest places in Japan, with many opportunities to go off-piste and through trees. It offers a variety of slope difficulties, so there’s something for
  • everyone.

Trips from Niseko are available and included with the Diamond Pro Experience (excl. lift passes).

Finding a taxi in Niseko can be challenging, especially during the winter season. If you need a taxi in the evening, please contact us. Our taxi service is complimentary, and all we ask is that you tip the driver!

If you need a taxi but haven’t booked with us, we can still help. Feel free to send us a message on WhatsApp or WeChat!
